Clouds are gathering, but there’s a sense of hope in the air. On Sunday, December 15, 2024, the SLEFES COMAHS Associates came together for a maiden Thanksgiving Service. It was a chance for busy people in our country, like doctors, pharmacists and nurses, to show their unity and spirit in fellowship.

This gathering wasn’t just about giving thanks. It was about coming together to build a stronger community. Many of these professionals have felt the change that comes from faith and they wanted to share that feeling again. Associates from FBC & IPAM were in attendance. This wasn’t just a special occasion; it feels like a fresh start for a revival in SLEFES and the nation of Sierra Leone.
We see this as the start of something great. People who help others every day are reconnecting with their faith. We need to stay strong, remembering that *“unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain” Psalm 127:1. Let’s pray hoping this renewed community in no distant future will spark a revival amongst associates from other CUs across the nation of Sierra Leone.
