DISCIPLESHIP

We teach and challenge students to be biblically balanced and become practical disciples of Christ in character and conduct. SLEFES believes that biblical discipleship is to know and follow Christ consistently at all cost, with the ultimate goal of being like Jesus. We do not seek to make students like any of us, but desire that they become more like Jesus Christ. We see discipleship as a growing relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ and not just an event.

MISSIONS

SLEFES believes in God’s global mission of seeking to bring the lost to the saving knowledge of Christ. We believe in the proclamation and demonstration of the gospel for the redemption of nations. This is why, we make it real by engaging the students on a yearly outreach trip tag: “Operation Faith in Action Missions,” Believing that God will use this short trip to stir the heart of the students to world evangelization.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

We strongly believe that students on campus today will be the leaders of every facet of society tomorrow. To ensure they are prepared, SLEFES through various platforms such as the annually “Regional Leadership Training Conference” has groom the students in the Jesus model of Servant-leadership. This we believe, will make them irrefutable leaders today on campus and society upon graduation. We build the future leaders today.

ACADEMIC AND SKILLS EXCELLENCE

SLEFES aims to provide educational and career guidance and counseling service to students, as well as challenging them to acknowledge the stewardship of personal skills opportunity so as bring honor to God through our work: in the school community, in the home, and the market place.

RESPONSIBLE CHURCH MEMBERSHIP

SLEFES train, develop and encourage students to return to their local churches upon graduation and help with the skills they have received from SLEFES

SLEFES strives to raise a crop of students who value integrity and are accountable to themselves, others and God, ultimately. Staff and Graduates model this to students through daily lifestyle and trainings with the goal of inculcating godly values.
