DESCRIPTION:The SLEFES Entrepreneurship Boot-camp (SEB 2026) is a training program and a strategic intervention at a critical national pressure point\, the graduate transition crisis.Across Sierra Leone and Sub-Saharan Africa\, thousands graduate every year into an economy that cannot absorb them. Degrees are earned. Vision is high. But structure is missing. Many begin businesses informally\, passionately\, yet without governance\, legal clarity\, or financial discipline. Within three years\, most collapse.SLEFES refuses to watch this pattern continue.In partnership with Viridis Edge Consulting\, SEB 2026 is designed to intentionally produce 25 disciplined\, ethical\, investment-ready entrepreneurs who will not merely start businesses\, but build sustainable enterprises that carry the fragrance of Christ into the marketplace. \n\n\n\nWHY THIS MATTERS TO SLEFESSLEFES disciples students spiritually. But true discipleship must also address economic dignity.
